Standing hip flexors bent toward the front on one leg. Then extend the other leg behind and be aware of the stretch in your hip. Alternate your legs and repeat.

Foam roller: grab the foam roller, and lean back to ensure that your hip flexors align to your body’s center. Let your body weight go through the roller. Wait 30 seconds, then alternate.

Glute activation lift by tilting your pelvis. raise one leg slightly above the earth (about 3 inches) and then lower the leg back down to the ground. Do ten on both legs.
