Carlos Alcaraz marks his return after injury, wins Argentina Open in season debut

Carlos Alcaraz had a dream return to the court after suffering an injury that kept him on the sidelines for more than three months. The World No.2 defeated Cameron Norrie 6-3, 7-5 in the final on Sunday to clinch his maiden Argentina title.

Alcaraz made his debut appearance at the Buenos Aires after recovering from the injury. He lost only one set in the four matches. “I had a chance to win the match at 5-3 and he broke my serve easily,” Alcaraz said.
